Complete the request. We review it individually and discuss use, cut, and measurements. A request is not a purchase.
We agree on composition, layers, interior details, measurements, and care before formalizing the commission.
The planned model includes a 50% advance and a 50% balance upon approval of the finished piece. The advance starts the purchase of materials and agreed work. Price, timing, and terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
The schedule is confirmed with the workshop for each commission. During the conversation, the destination, cost, and shipping terms are also agreed.
